Late-bid protection: Any valid bid during the final five minutes extends the closing time by five minutes.

Official time: The auction server timestamp determines whether a bid is valid and which bid arrived first.

Winner payment: Payment is due within 24 hours. If the winner does not complete payment, FCF may offer the package to the next-highest qualified bidder.
